Pa80 sound issue

Hi,
This is what happens whenI turn on my pa80



This is what happens when I switch it on...

1. Switch on with volume at 0
2. Turn up volume and a 'hissing' sound is heard
3. Play a key, the sound is widely distorted, but seems to ok in pitch

Well, I have opened up and cannot see any obvious loose connections with power amp or supply. I am not game to pull apart much more....

I put a post in the general arrangers section, I I would ask here in the Pa80 forum.

I have got rid of the hiss...changing input 1/2to direct instead of 1/2Int.FX

But still yucky distorted sound when I play a note..
