Hi Gerry,
You can accomplish this easily enough by creating a combi layering 3 or more different programs, one of which would be the dominant sound of a piano. I suggest you browse through various programs, especially pianos, then create a template combi that you can continue to edit as you experiment with various elements, including IFX/MFX.
If you are unfamiliar with creating a combi, go here

Just remember to keep all programs on the same channel so they sound at the same time. Korg defaults each program in a combi in order of 1 to 16. I recommend setting all programs to Gch. Don't forget to also adjust volume parameters for each program keeping your piano's at higher levels while strings, pads, synths etc. can be lower and/or even panned.
Hope that helps for now.

You'd have to ask Fernando which combis and programs he used whether they are factory presets or self-designed. His work very well illustrates the awesome power of the KRONOS in the hands of an accomplished artist.Vova Ida wrote:... and what kind of combi and programs used in that video:

My advice is to start small and work your way up to more technical designs and performances. Don't expect to do this in one sitting. It takes me weeks, sometimes months just to design a decent fully KARMA-fied combi....and then I continue to go back to it later to make adjustments and edits. Once I'm reasonably satisfied, it, along with the other 31 combis are sent off to Stephen Kay (http://www.karma-lab.com/main.html?p=index.html) for further refinements and publishing. And, I might add, he doesn't do this in one sitting either. It takes time, patience and dedication.
