But he normally puts together a good band! I think "peace and love" is all that remains of his lost years. Have a look at his postcard book ("postcards from the boys"? - can't remember), it's really funny, especially when he asks for help in remembering a couple of years!

If everyone in here had half the humor and musicianship of Ringo, that would raise the average considerably. :P

He sure knows how to surround himself with top notch musicians. I'm sure they put on a great, entertaining, musical show.

I didn't mean to be unrespectful towards Ringo, but you must he admit he's kind of acting weird in the video :p

*Off to watching "The Osbournes" show*

I was, still am, a Beatles fan.

Ringo's drumming suited the Beatles style, not to busy, rock solid.

Watch the "Madison Square Garden Beatles concert" on youtube. He was brilliant.

PS. Ringo, drop the "peace & love" it is naff.

I loved it! Thanks! Ringo always puts together a great band and had a blast playing. We could all learn from him.Plus having a great sense of humour and not taking yourself too seriously helps too.
If music is the food of love, play on and play loud!
Gear: Kronos 73, Wavestation EX, Polysix, King Korg, Monotron and Monotron Duo, Minikorg, Moog Grandmother, my very old MiniKorg, 4 acoustic and 9 electric guitars, 1 Ibanez 5 string bass, a Steel guitar, a bunch of microphones, 2 pairs of studio monitors and other very cool toys, 1 wife and 4 cats and a lava lamp!

It's a much bigger deal than your owning one or Rudess's owning one.
