Post by 1jordyzzz »

take a look at "mega lead" program (look at the hard lead section).. when we press a note, and we bend joystick downward (-y), the pitch increases, as if it feedbacks.... i'm planning on creating a new AL-1 lead from scratch also with similar effect... what is that effect and how to recreate it?? thanks before..

I'm not at home right now, but from the top of my head I thought it was modulating frequency modulation settings. Look into the OSC tab en it's somewhere in the lower left part of the screen.

Yes you are right!! thank you :D

now one thing lead to another... i'm planning on assigning both -y and +y to do that effect (pitch modulation)... now +y already assigned to vibrato.. how do i remove it??

thanks again :)

vibrato will be controlled on the pitch page. if you look at the lfo section of the pitch page, you should see a number next to the js+y parameter (it could be either lfo1 lfo2, or even both) what this means is as you bring the js+y up, the lfo intensity to the pitch increases. if you make this value 0, nothing will happen to the pitch
