[b] Nano Kontrol Editor Not Receiving Scene Data

I have just installed a Nanokey but the Kontrol Editor times out before it can download any Scene Data. Is the data for a Nanokey obsolete now or do I need to hand feed the keyboard and sing lullabies to it?

Any assistance will be gratefully received and acknowledged.
