MIKROCONTROL doesnt work

When i start up my controller doesnt working and the 2 octave pad was red... In midi mode only the main led ( orange) is on and in usb in the main lcd appears the korg logo... yesterday the control work ok...how can i reset from factory the mc? PLEASE HELP ME
