Touch Scale on the Padkontrol?

Can this programmed so it works like the Nanopad2? If anyone can help, I would really appreciate it. Thanks,

Even I saw a video doing that in padkontrol, but at that time I didn't know that you can perform such tasks only with Native mode. But you need programming skills

and use of another intermediate program like Max/MSP or Bomes running in the background communicating padkontrol and your host
