microKey37 not detected by Mac

Hey all,

My new microKey 37 isn't being detected at all by my Mac. It is plugged into a powered USB hub, though I have also tried connecting directly to a USB port on the computer to no effect. It does not show up in MIDi Devices and I'm not sure what else to do. I installed the USB driver but no changes there.

The unit seems to be getting power---the LED light glows, but it's simply not detected.

Thoughts? The manual provides little aside from "Make sure it shows up in devices"... no suggestions for what to do if it doesn't.

I'm using a 2009 MacBook Pro, OS X 10.7.3. I can provide additional specs if necessary.
