Help with padkontrol please!

Post by smoovbeats »

Hi,
I'm new to the forum. I just bought a used padkontrol and it sends out midi data, received it, transmit & receive korg patches. I use it with my ipad, pc and it works. The only problem I have is that the led are always on, all buttons, everything. The display always read 888, not the scene numbers as usual. What's the problem? Please help.

Thank you,
HJB.

Well i was able to turn all the LEDs off in sysex mode when I put in to turn them off. But the display is still showing weird stuff when i press a pad or button. I tried dr Andy's native mode PK and I get pretty much the same results, LEDs on, weird display when anything is pressed. Seem to me I might need a firmware re-download or upgrade. I didn't see any on the websites. What can I do, please I need help.
