Need help saving to SD card

I would appreciate help on how to save a file to an SD card. I would like to save the settings for several songs to a card for a performance. I formatted the card but how do I select just the songs I have loaded. Thanks

Press media then select save if you wanna save program, combi, global setting, entire banks or even the waveform.

Press load to browse the sd content and select what you wanna load
