My small band is covering Emiliana Torrini's Jungle Drum.

It is a quite easy song but the synth sound sounds crazy to the noob living in me.

Is there any kind of name to this sound so I can research how to reproduce it?

I actually can't hear any synth in this song, maybe i'm just deaf. If there is a synth in this song, it is being used as an accent mark and it hardly noticable at all. but I can say that whatever that is, it sounds like an arpeggio.
