Pa1x Ram Upgrade

I would like to extend the memory on my Korg Pa1x. Does anyone know how much memory it comes with? I believe it comes with 16mb and is upgradable to 32mb, but I would like to confirm. I have a product here I'm interested in can someone tell me if it is the right one? eBay item #370728573816

it CANT be done without hardware modification. Just puting memories into pa1x will not change anything..... because o.s. for pa1x is made to recognize max 16mb par one memory slot.

Pa1x comes with 16mb standard but is upgradable to 32mb. The extra 16mb is old style memory found in the old 486 computers and even some old printers. I've added the extra 16mb to mine and it works. If you open up the back of your keyboard and look at the existing memory you will see it plus an extra slot for more (plus another slot for the Concert Grand Card). Chances are if the memory board looks like the old one it should work.

i didnt read carefully first post, if u have one ram module 16mb u can always add another one. Maximum is 2 x 16mb for pa1. This is factory maximum.

Just buy any 16mb EDO ram with 60 or 70 nanoseconds its only few euros....
