Send program changes to a midi module ... doubts!

A question for owners Krome:
Reading the manual I see that selecting a combi is sending a program change in the timbres assigned as ¨ext ¨ and I also see that these program changes can be filtered so as not to transmit.
Well, my question is: can assign these program changes are not transmitted when selecting the combination ( or a new song in seq mode), but then transmit the program change at the time you want by clicking on the corresponding tab???
