System Update Karma

I just purchased the Karma and has V1.02 and wanted to update it to V1.04
I copied the files for each disk to a floppy for each disk just the files not the folder Followed instr. for booting up said insert sys disk 1 I did said loading then a message Read Failed Please change to sys disk 1. Disk 1 has 2 files on it and 2 and 3 have 1 file.
Any ideas what I am doing wrong. Wanted to try this before updating to V2.0

I got it. Made a 2nd set of disk. Weird. Disk 1 from second set worked but had to use disk 2 and 3 from first set.

Got V 2.0 installed now so it is up to date
