saving single arrangement/item

Hi I have a i5S and on reading the reference guide I cannot get my head around how to save a single arrangement or single setting the book refers to loading ONE but lt only shows how to save ALL, In the the new member area I explain how I got my i5S so I won't repaet it all here thanx johnnie
