Krome 64 bit VST?

Post by luke44 »

Hey there, trying to figure out if I am going to get the Krome or the MOX workstation, but theres one thing keeping me form pulling the trigger on the Krome, does it work in 64 bit systems as a VST? have been reading some weird reports that it might not...

I am a studio only musician and I love the touch screen and the sounds have a slight edge over the MOX (imo) but if I cant use it as a VST its pretty much useless to me.. . what is the deal with Krome and its integration with a 64 bit Windows 7 system?

thanks!

I haven't had a problem using it with my Windows Vista 64-bit system--the Krome Editor as well as Studio One 2 software works for me.

maybe im misinformed then, I use Cubase 5.5 64 bit, anyone running the Krome vst editor in there with no issue? ive seen all these posts venting about not having support in this environment...

whats the deal Korg?

would be a shame for this oversight, you clearly have the better board, better sounds (imo), an awesome touchscreen.. its just a driver update!
