I have been playing with this keyboard for about a week now. Best I can tell there are two things I'd like to be able to do that I can't.
1. I'd like to be able to turn manual bass on without turning the arranger off. I dont' see why these are in conflict with each other. there is far more to teh arranger than the bass.
2. I'd like to be able to split the keyboard as far as sounds, and still have the instrument read the entire keyboard as far as reading chords.
Your thoughts?

Hi can someone help me to find the link where we can contact KORG for futures updates and features ?jac38 wrote:Yes, write them in to the thread abou future improvments in a new OS. The other thing is to go to the first thread where there is a link to write directly to Korg and then tell what you want...
Many thanks

If no solutions have been found in the meantime or and if anyone has similar problems:joshhuntnm wrote: ...

1)
It is the same conflict with Pa1000 - if manual bass function is turned on, the automatic accompaniment will stop playing except for Drum and Percussion sounds.
To be able to use a manual bass without turning off the arranger use bass sound of Lower instead of the automatic bass.
2)
Use th full keyboard mode, where Upper 1, Upper 2 and/or Upper 3 tracks play over the whole keyboard range and the lower track does not play.
Use Top/Bottom Key (Key Range) parameter (menu Keyboard/Ensemble) to set different key ranges for Upper1/2/3 (split points) .
Turning off the Split mode automatically selects the Full chord scanning mode with chord detection over the full keyboard range. You must always play three or more notes to let the arranger recognize a chord.
kind regards
