Yes, I was going to suggest a foot control extention, it may be worth using a leather or metal ring. Extend it to the floor and use your foot (but don't forget if you've tied it to your big toe!)WaterDrum wrote:thank you for the pictures

It's not blood on the line, just discolouration.
It's not glue at the end, I've simply heated the end up in a mild gas flame and flattened it off when hot on a flat surface, I've filed the washer so it's not too thick and get in the way or restrict the tensioning of the head.
FLID - It would only be disrespectful if any disrespect was intended. As My Mother is Irish - no disrespect intended! That was just a light hearted suggestion. I think I'll call it Kord WD (side on)
