Download the latest X50 editor/librarian software and the Korg USB-midi driver. Install them.

In the editor, go to combi mode. After you select the combi you want to edit, go to the 3rd Tab named Timbre Param. There's a Pitch section that has a Transpose parameter for each of the 8 programs in the combi. Change each one to -12 to shift them all down an octave. You may have to go to the Utility menu to receive and transmit the data into the editor, if it didn't sync when the software loaded. I'm probably skipping some minor steps, but you should be able to figure the rest out on your own. You don't have to use the editor to do this, but it makes it a lot easier to see where everything is located, and it's good to start with the software editor to learn everything that the X50 can do for the first time before attempting to do it through menu diving without the software.
