Broken slider on nano kontrol?

Hi there,
I have the nano kontrol (1) (9 sliders) and am using it to control
Traktor DJ which it does well.

Just recently a slider has started sending continuous cc msgs to Traktor making one of the knobs its mapped to in Traktor jump around and mess with the sound.

Has anyone had his issue? Is it easy to take apart? Could it just be dirt in the slider (Ive not had it loing or used it much).

I cant see anything on the korg site relating to repairs or dealers in ZA (South Africa)

(edit) Ill try mess with the sensitivity I saw in the sticky post in this forum
