New, overwhelmed

Hi,

I'm a theater composer from Vancouver Canada, seduced by wonderful sound quality of the Krome and the promise of amazingness.

Am feeling fairly useless at the moment as I can't do much beyond select a program or a combi. Am tearing my hair out trying to edit a song (and this should be easy--it's already arranged in midi, downloaded, and ready to go) but the programs keep reverting on me when I hit play, urgh! Will post in a different forum.

That happens to a lot of people. It's because the instrument program changes are embedded in the midifile. Go to the midi event editor and delete the program changes at the beginning of each track. Save to disk afterwards.
