Hi, I'm new here. I registered a whole ago, but never really came back to it lol, I'm sorry if this has been discussed already. Not sure if you guys are picky about repeat topic threads, I don't know if this has been covered yet.
Anyway. Here's my question:
I'm looking into a MIDI foot controller for my Kronos for changing effects and controlling sounds with the Tone Adjust or Realtime Controls, even Karma if possible. Something possibly with expression pedals, ala the Behringer FCB1010, or the Roland FC-300... Are there any other boards like these?
I'm also looking at the Keith McMillan SoftStep, but I don't know how easily compatible the Kronos would be, if it needs the software on the computer to work right or not. How easy is that one to get to control the Kronos functions?
This next part is probably a repeat, but I'm also wondering what MIDI keyboard would be most efficient... I have a Samson Graphite 49 and Akai MPK 61 that I played with a few days ago, but I couldn't find a way to set any parameters to be set to be controlled by the other keyboards. (I.E. drawbars controlled on the Graphite sliders or delay time on the Akai knobs, etc.)
Which controllers would be the most efficient means of doing this?
I've been looking at the Novation SL mk II. Is there any way to get the Automap function to work with the Kronos through the computer? Are there any better controllers out there for controlling the Kronos?
Thanks a lot, I 'll try sticking around now lol

Your face is a signature... wait, what?
Re: Kronos MIDI Control: Best options?
both of these have been covered many times - search for fcb1010 and you will find several threads. I use it, it is a nice addition.Harris The Epic wrote:Hi, I'm new here.
