Korg Kronos, Logic Pro X and Sequence Mode

I hope this is posted in the right place. I have my Kronos hooked to my Macbook Pro via USB. The Kronos set up in my Mac and in Logic Pro as both input and output, in Kronos global settings under Input 1 and Input 2 I have set L/R.

Now yesterday I hooked this up, downloaded drivers and updated editor (not sure If I needed that though). I then turned everything on and was golden. My partner saves her songs in the Kronos and then I can play them in Sequence mode and yesterday I played in Sequence and recorded in Logic as an external midi track as it played and was very happy.

Today, I turned everything on the exact same way and Logic doesn't even recognize a keystroke when I am in Sequence Mode. It will record a sequence song in Audio form and it will recognize and record any keystroke in Combi or Program mode but will not record in Midi from the Kronos when I play a sequence songs like it did last night. The Kronos isn't showing up in my Logic Pro Library as a device either, I'm assuming that is a problem it is the only visible difference I have from last night to today. I have not done anything different from last night to today though, so I don't know why it would change.

I'm sorry for all the rambling but I am frustrated beyond words. I just want to play her recordings in the sequence mode on the Kronos and record them as an external midi track in Logic Pro X. Please Help

Considering that a reboot made it not work, did you try a reboot to make it work again? Both Kronos and computer. And make sure the Kronos is fully booted and connected before starting Logic.
