Loading Sequences from Triton Studio to Triton Rack

I just bought a Triton Rack as a back up for my Triton Studio. I have some short sequences I use live and was wondering if there is any way to have the Triton Rack play them without having to use an external sequencer. If not, what would be the best way to make this work without having to reprogram them on another sequencer? Can I save them as a standard midi file and load them into another keyboard (back up) that has a built in sequencer? Thanks!
