Problem with loading and player MP3

Hi ,
I am trying to read mp3 songs from USB drive .

1: i clicked on midi option on front screen of the keyboard, then i selcted USB and then selected mp3 song. it loads the song but when i play song in songs mode , actually it shows its playing(seconds are moving) but i dont listen any voice??

2: after this if i go back to style mode even existing styles are also not playing. i cant listen it. so i need to restart korg and then style mode start starts working..

plss help!!

In global, check to see if the speakers are ON. Also, you may want to check in there for the MP3 volume level...etc.

I checked, speaker is set to ON and volume was at 67 i move to it to 100.. still i cant hear voice....
