Hard drive for Korg iS40

Looking to replace the floppy drive on my Korg iS40. I believe that at one point in time Korg had hard drives for the iSxx series.

Does anybody have the service manual or know the spec of the hard drive, or has a source to get a drive?

I have read about the floppy to USB conversion, but I'd rather have a genuine hard drive.
