Rhythm tracks and new setup

I'm new to Korg Triton Studio and can really use some help.

My first thing is for now, I just need some generic rhythm tracks (like on cheaper Yamaha, Technics keyboards) so I can use the Triton for our church services. I've tried googling but maybe I'm using the wrong verbiage. Any leads on that would be a great help.

Also, this is a very old xth hand with a lot of stuff on it. I'd like to put it back to barebones factory settings. I've found the way to reset it but there are still many things on the hard drive. I would like to wipe it and put only factory stuff on so any help there would be appreciated.

Also, any after purchase "things to make your life easier/ cool stuff" that anyone can recommend that enhance or make it easier for editing/sequencing.
