What would i need to do to record something (with Krome sounds) to my laptop?

use a DAW?

Is there a way to convert .SNG to something playable by my laptop? My recordings are already on the Krome, wanna transfer and playback from laptop.

You can't just convert .SNG files to audio. You have to play them back. The typical way is to connect the Krome audio outs to an audio interface. Connect the audio interface to the laptop with USB. Use a DAW on the laptop to record the audio.
