SV1 arrgh! Diagnose the fault please!

Every note is working fine.

Then I play a C G and upper C together. Still works.

Then, if I hold this chord and then ring in the B below the upper C, the B note doesn't play.

This fault occurs on every octave!

Weirdly, this error ONLY occurs with this chord!!!!! Any other chord seems to work.

What is the fault and what is the cure kind people??!!

I would add that I have reinstalled the operating system and it still isn't working. I can also confirm that this is a new fault as this chord previously worked!!
