Beats "sequencer" question

Post by djmd808 »

OK, I've combed through the huge manual thinking I was missing something here… but is this thing really incapable of stringing patterns together to form a "song?" Gotta say this is my biggest disappointment about this thing. I don't feel ripped off - not at all, I love the sounds. I wasn't expecting a super intense sequencer either. But this is gonna make it kinda hard to jam with live.

Ah, well I should have looked around a little first before posting. See that it's already discussed in the firmware thread…. oops.

If you want volca beats sounds but longer sequences the answer is to sequence it externally.
I can't think of another way.
