Volca Beats Problem

Hello,

my volca beats seems to have a problem.
the signal of de CL HAT and OP HAT doesn't work properly.
they present a crashing sound, like a "bug".
tried everything, all parameters, settings, etc.. It doesn't work.
can it be the power supply? or even some manufacturing problem?

I also have the same problem, the closed and open hi hats have little to no volume when tapped. Nothing seems to increase the volume on these two keys only. Seems lke a defective unit. Any feedback?
