Midi Export only 71k files?

Midi Export only 71k files?

All of a sudden my M50 is exporting the standard Midi files to 71K size files only (both formats 0 & 1)

I just reset to factory defaults and its still doing it - anyone have any ideas? I'm in the middle of a huge project where I really need the function, any help will be very appreciated.
