Spinning Weel cursor is rushing :?

My spinning cursor to scroll the menus have some difficulties. When I spin counter Clockwise everything is okay. But when I spin clockwise, the cursor is rushing a lot if I go fast/normal speed. It even goes to the wrong direction (decreasing)...

I need to spin veeerryyyy slowly to be able to go where I want and increase the menus..

Looks like the sensibility isn't working as good as it used to be. Should I take off the screw and take a look inside ?

My X50 does the exact same thing, and I don't even use it that much, only at home, I'm also interested in any posible fix for this.
