There should be a page in the combi edit (3?) that allows you to set the pitch parameter of a given voice or track within a combination. This would allow you, for example, to have one synth voice at concert pitch and a second at the 4th to make a doubled and detuned synth voice.

This same principle would apply if you wanted to transpose a combi for playing in a different key. Just change all the tracks up or down by the same amount. If I recall correctly the re-pitch range is up or down 24 half steps which equals +/- 2 octaves. Twelve half steps per octave means that you'd hit the same transposition if you went up nine as down three... A little practice and you'll be doing it without too much thought involved.

You should probably also note the transposition in the voice name as well so you can keep track of what has been transposed and what hasn't.

Note that this function is different than detune which should be on the same page. Detune lets you make a much more subtle change in pitch, +/- cents or hundredths of a step, which is most often used for thickening a voice as it mimics a chorus effect similar to two or more instruments playing together.
