Krome Fault

Post by xXRobertamXx »

Hi. I've Had Krome 61 key now for couple of months now. Very pleased with
it all round. But.... It has a intermittent problem where after switching on, some of the keys in 3rd and 4th octaves do not sound or don't play correct sound. The fault has been videoed and can be seen on youtube under Korg Krome Fault. Its the first video. While I could live with it before its gotten to be faulty more often than not now. I have reset to factory default but problem persists. Any Ideas or known fixes? Thanks.

You posted that youtube clip almost a year ago.
Is there a special reason why you didn't contact your local dealer so far?

The rubber strip under the keys could be faulty. Contact your korg dealer and let them look at it. It sounds to me definitely like a hardware problem so it's the best if you take it to repair.
