Great news for those who are that fortunate: Timing!
I just paid $70 - 80.00 Canadian dollars almost equal to U.S. dollars and yes expensive but one of a kind, fits absolutely perfectly, eAsy to zip up yet tight fit. PAdding is adequate. Special backpack attachment hooks and straps. Looks cool as ________ !

^ That's good to hear. I can't qualify for the free case but I did drop it as a hint to my family as an x-mas present. We will see what happens from there.

I purchased my Kross within this time frame and provided all of the necessary information but I haven't received the Kross case yet. Has anyone else received theirs?

I bought my Kross in November 2013, and saw the rebate form saying that the purchase had to be made by the end of 2013. Now the only form I find is for 2014. Does anyone have a copy of the 2013 rebate form?
