If I remember correctly this question came up, I just can't find it, anyhow, my question is: How can I use the KRONOS with a controller keyboard on top to add more sounds to the controller? probably basic but I haven't really worked with multi-timbral, does it matter if I have the KRONOS in combi or program?
thanks

Re: KRONOS and MIDI controller question
Use combi mode. Set your controller to send to a different Midi Channel other than what the Kronos is set to.Vangelismusic wrote:If I remember correctly this question came up, I just can't find it, anyhow, my question is: How can I use the KRONOS with a controller keyboard on top to add more sounds to the controller? probably basic but I haven't really worked with multi-timbral, does it matter if I have the KRONOS in combi or program?

Check out the Kronos Parameter Guide page 456. On your Kronos, this would be Timber Parameter/MIDI. This is where you set the Midi channels for controller keyboards. You can also layer and split to your hearts content on both keyboards too!

This will be your friend for a while. It's tough to be red in its entire lenght, but it's freaking useful.
