What's the best way to sync to my mpc?

hi everyone I've just got my volca bass and after using the mpc for awhile it's quite fun learning some new hardware. I want to sync it to the mpc if I can but don't know what's the best way? Can I use the sync ports on the volca or would it be through midi? Any help would be great

well if you if only have the Mpc then midi, is the best way..
You simply tell the MPC to send midi clock to the port you have the volca plugged into...
