SSD Media Error -PA800-

Post by slim101010 »

1) My pa800 showed "SSD Media Error Press Media to confirm Format".
2) I had pressed Media .
3) it showed Nand Formatted USB Enabled.
4) I Formatted my Pa using Pa800_Format.pkg
5) Then loaded Pa800_os_res_v203.pkg
6) Then loaded my own Set

Every thing seems to work Correctly.

If i swich off the keybord then turn it on in less than one hour , it still no problem ...
But by trying to use it tomorrow for exemple the Pa800 showed "SSD Media Error Press Media to confirm Format" again !! :(

i repeated this process about 3 or 4 times ( by obligation )

it's not a solution at all ... and I'm afraid doing that could damage my keyboard

really need ur help

Try to replace board button size st-by lithium battery ! Bios state seems to reset after some hours , which means
that no voltage source provides energy to maintain some significant bios data.
But since many years have passed and my memory do not help me , if no battery exist there then Pa800 must be serviced !

The defective CPU board. A good technician can fix, not necessarily areas should be replaced.

Serial Number <69xxxx

Hi

Ensure that your PA800 serial number is greater than 69XXXX if it is below that ver 203 will not work. You will have to back to Ver 201 /2 .

Best of luck
