how can i do the reset to the factory settings?

Hello! I write fom italy. I have a problem with Monotribe v.2. I was playing, I heard a noise in the monotribe. immediately after this noise, the monotribe does not produce the synth sounds. the sequencer does not work. only a few times the drum machine produces sounds. is there a way to restore the factory settings? i have tried to make update v 2.01, but it doesn't work. Thank you

Hi,

As far as I know, there is no such thing as factory reset or restore on the monotribe. Only a fresh new download/upgrade of the software may help.
If that still fails (like you said), I'm afraid your unit may be broken... I would advice to take it to a service center.
