How to play a click track tru trinity

Hi guys could anyone please give me step by step intructions on this.
i want to play a click track with our live band . firstly what file would i use on a floppy disc for trinity to reconise.. 2nd how to play and get click to drummer and other to front of house.. Really need someones help on this .
