Damper Pedal and Aftertouch Controlling Pitch Bend

When I press the sustain pedal, instead of sustaining the notes, the keyboard bends the notes up a half step. This also happens when aftertouch is applied. The joystick does not bend the pitch when I move it horizontally.

I already had the keyboard serviced a month ago because the pitch bend x axis wasn't responding, and the keyboard was automatically transposing notes down a whole step.

I did a complete factory reload in global mode and nothing changed. What has happened, and how do I fix this?

This is normally due to a bad connection or grounding issue in the joystick's circuits.

I actually had the same problem 'fixed' three times before I decided to go in there myself and ensure all of the wires were soldered and even glued firmly in - they would pull or become detached, particularly when practising joystick-heavy songs in a freezing cold practise room.
