Impossible to add Avatar

Why it won't accept a jpeg file as Avatar? 65x49 pixel size.

I couldn't get it to work with your link either.

I uploaded it to Photo bucket and it worked just fine.

I notice that Imageshack is no longer free. Can't imagine why anyone would want to start paying for their service when there are so many sites that do it for free.
