is there any computer base software to use for PA3X to create all sample LOOP base styles for example INTRO FILLS VARIATIONS THEN TRANSFER IT TO KEYBOARD.

Yes, is few, but they not free, you can download demo version free on korg website, but unless you buy full version won't allow you to make anything, free version is only to play.

on the bottom of page EMC Style Works XT Korg.

Using PC for create Korg styles is not that hard if you familiar with DAW software.
You may try them, many free versions can do it.
On DAW program you can create your own templates, then edit, save it and export to your Korg.
On forum is very popular subject about, you can find all info.
Just you search option, I'm sure you find it.
If decide use DAW and specify witch one, I'm sure someone here give all answer you need to know.
