How to edit and write program with user controls settings ?

Hello everyone
I can't find out how to write a program with changes I made in user controls.
E.g. I have 042 analog strings and I set Knob Mod. 1 to 000. Now when I write a program, knob mod. 1 automatically sets to 064. It drives me crazy everytime when I try to change sth in Krome. Please give me some advices how to manage with this simple option.

Hello,
unfortunately, there is no other way as all of the parameters they are assigned to control knobs to set manualy in edit mode.
