Lost MP3 capabilities of my Pa3x

Tonight, when I tried to play a MP3 from an USB pen, I selected file on player 1, press Play, but.... no sound even if the button lit.

So I tried other MP3 I know the keyboard played previously, but still without success. Then I turned the keyboard off and back on and... after that ALL mp3 files disappeared from file selection screens. MIDI files works correctly.
Also, pressing SHIFT+RECORD to bring MP3 recorder has no effect, just like if all mp3 capabilites of the keyboard disappeared.
The sample editor also does not work correctly anymore, going there, and hitting the Record button on screen, freezes the keyboard completely. Also it freezes if I try to load a PCM sample there and play it.
Otherwise PCM rsamples loaded from SET files plays and works corectly, only in the sample editor they freeze the keyboard.

I tried also a full factory restore from the RES file, still without success.

Any advice?

I found hat keeping the instrument off (using back power button) for a day will restore MP3 and sampling functionality, but it goes away again after 10 - 20 minutes the instrument is on. I gave the keyboard to my dealer, it should send it to Korg factory for repair...

May be a silly question but did you move the MP3 slider?
Sometimes the MP3s will not make sound until you move the slider (no matter where it is positioned)

No, it isn't a problem related to volume settings. When it happens, also sampling functionality of the keyboard breaks, trying to play samples in the sample editor hangs the keyboard and you'll have to power cycle it using back power button.

I'm still waiting news from the repair centre...
