YOU MEAN BACK TO DO THESE STEPS?? I'll do. And tell you the news.

First of all you need a technician's support since it's too risky to try it alone ! Motherboard will be the last thing to replace. - First step is to replace motherboard USB stick , with a commercial 4 Gb USB Stick and proceed at previously mentioned reset. - Second step is to unplug Ram from mobo socket temporary in case that a malfunction of ram prevents booting. - If both actions still fail to boot then you have to proceed at mobo's replacement ! All actions must be take place by a technician's support as I've mentioned !

here is a pic for the motherboard of my pa800, can u locate to me where is the ssd usb stick on the motherboard.

Pa800 does not use internal USB Stick as Pa3X 61 but Nand gates array (micronix) as SD and this chip set is
mounted on main board.

So let's recapitulate the system loading issues for Pa800 :

When System fails booting and stucks at logo screen or SD error appears then we apply only this file
http://www.korgpa.com/images/stories/sw ... s_v203.zip via Power on + Intro 1
If problem insists then authorized service is the next choice !

Now in case of mustaf and other fellows that service does not exist in their states or countries and they have to repair
it by themselves then you guys must ask a technician for support and try the next two steps :
Try to eject Ram board temporary out of its socket ,part number GRA0002101 and try booting again.
If problem is recovered then you have to replace this Ram board if you want to use custom samples.
Now the hard part ... If still freezes at logo screen and (the case not mentioned) you can't even boot at bios menu
(Power+Intro1) , then flash nand ram is malfunctioning and this is a CPU board mounted chip module so you have
to order a new CPU board with part code GRA0002100 or KIP 2100.
Details can be shown in below picture !

For mustaf
As I see you've disassembled main board , so eject ram temporary and test what I wrote and meantime while turned on
check for pa800 power supply instabilities , or if after 10 minutes operation , a component is too hot , or if you
listen strange sounds (hum) from loudspeakers while system is frozen , to eliminate a power supply malfunction case !
If all the rest seems OK then now it's time to order GRA0002100 CPU board since this seem by 90 % your issue !

Yes Indeed , Ram doesn't participate at booting , this is needed only for custom samples of a SET , OS , factory
resources and custom samples are kept in flash ram underneath this board and while booting custom samples are
transferred in Ram for real time low latency streaming.
The reason I suggest to unplug it , is that this module has a frequent issue in Pa800 since years , and I want to have a
more accurate diagnosis before proceeding to final CPU board replacement since it's an expensive part !

OK , I've received your notification !
Can you enter in Update OS or Reset BIOS menu (power on + intro 1/2) ?
Reset & factory resources loading are necessary in a new CPU board !

I tried to enter bios (power+intro1). Unfortunately it fails and just a black screen shows korg pa800. Also I tried to eject the SD ram and restart the PA it gives the same black screen (korg pa 800)

What can I say now ](*,) ... pure bad luck !!!
I feel very sorry for your case that I can't support you by correspondence diagnosis , since this case needs laboratory ....
Hard to say what could be the reason , between motherboard GRA0002102 that could be the next suspected module
and power supply issues caused by any short circuit of any possible module ... that's why a technician is required !
If you ask me for next blind step ... it's motherboard GRA0002102
