Issue after PBS TRI installation

Post by satguy54 »

Hi. I have read on here the issues with installing a PBS TRI board but did not find a solution.

I installed the board, held Enter and 0 for 7 seconds, let go, and in approx. 45 seconds the lcd responded and showed PBS TRI present. I have access to P6 that shows four banks. I only have access to the Edit option, no others.

The issue, like others here is that the Trinity freezes if I try move from bank B in both Programme or Combi. Software 3.1.2 present. Could this be an issue?
Thanks.

Do you have the MOSS-TRI expansion board? V3 is only for that.

If not, you need the OS 2.4.1

Try also to reset the memory with ENTER+0 at startup, then load the PBS-TRI preload data.

I have no sram chips installed. Can the PBS-TRI work on its own?
Thanks.

The answer is no. I dumped the chips along with the packaging. Really stupid.
