Electric piano 1, sound 3, doesn't sound right

I bought my Korg in March. It is my pride and joy, as It's my very first professional keyboard. Forgive me for not knowing the exact sound name...but, The Rhodes (Electric piano 1) Sound 3 of 6, is not sounding right. I am pretty sure it's supposed to be a tremato sound. I had the korg at my parents house for a few months. I didn't want to move it until I got a case. I got the soft Korg SV1 73 case...Finally, I moved it to my place, plugged it in, started playing...and when I flipped the knob to sound 3, It didn't have that dynamic tremato that it always had. I literally moved it once and was very careful. Is this common? Also, sometimes when I turn the effects nob...the one with Tremato, vibrato, wah, and so on, it doesn't read. I have to turn it again, and turn it back to get it to the sound I want. What do you suggest I do? Everything else is great...just these two issues. I haven't even been able to do a gig with it yet.
