Korg Editor 2 copy and paste problem

I just started working with the Editor on my Macbook Pro. For some reason, I can't copy and paste Programs and/or Combis to different banks. I copy a Program and then switch Bank. Then, when I attempt to paste the Program in a slot, it pastes a Program from some other copy and paste I attempted. I'm thoroughly confused. Suggestions as to what the hell I'm missing?

first issue is are the bank types correct ? the kronos user banks banks are set to either Hd1 type of the other exi type and you cant copy hd1 programs and paste them into exi banks ( god knows why ? )

i am having the exact same problem anyway even when changing all the user banks to hd1 , the software editor i think has some problems and is unable to recognise user bank type settings and so it refuses to allow paste into these but your problem could be that your trying to do the impossible and place hd1 banks in exi user bank spaces .

I am pretty sure the software has a problem and is fixed to the factory user bank default settings , it therefore cant read user alterations to User bank types ? and therefore its useless if you want to use it to arrange user banks , copy and paste them ( outside the default bank types ) but i could be wrong , i gave up trying here but you need to first make sure in Global you have the user banks set to the correct type your trying to paste into but it wont make any difference or it does not here ( again WHY ? )

could anyone here confirm they have altered their user bank type settings and managed to user the editor to paste hd1 and exi patches anywhere inside the kronos user bank areas ?

This was discussed back in February and we did find a problem and posted a fix. Updated drivers can be downloaded at

www.soundquest.org/Downloads/Misc/Krono ... Update.zip

For windows, the contents of the zip file needs to be extracted to the existing folder:

<installation>/Instruments/Korg OASYS

This should fix the problem.
